At DearMoney, we get that operations are the heart of any successful venture: the fluid systems and care that make everything else possible. As Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the organising force behind a new, small, purpose-driven venture helping people transform their relationship with money. You’ll keep our programs, communications and systems running smoothly, from coordinating program logistics and emails to supporting webinars, tracking sign-ups and managing workflows. You’ll also take care of day-to-day financial management, invoicing and bookkeeping, and support the formal setup of our growing business operations. Working closely with the founder and content manager, you’ll ensure every participant and partner experience feels calm, clear and cared for. Your work will be what allows DearMoney to flourish.

Part-time (3 days/week) - Berlin hybrid - Consultancy - 3000/month gross

About you

• You're highly skilled at program management, scheduling, budgeting, and task estimation.

• You have a solid understanding of software development and web technologies.

• You’re fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

• You’re based in Berlin and available around three days a week on a freelance consulting contract for one year.

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a warm, professional tone.

• You love organisation, structure and clear processes — and take pride in making things run smoothly.

• You have strong attention to detail and enjoy managing multiple tasks with care and calm.

• You’re comfortable with budgeting, invoicing and basic financial administration.

• You’re proactive, reliable and happy working independently while staying closely connected to the team’s rhythm.

• You’re excited to grow with a new organisation as it develops, helping shape its systems and ways of working.

• You bring curiosity, care and a sense of humor to everything you do.
